We are happy to announce the VIIIth World Peace Summit - The Message of His Holiness Swami Madhavananda & Mahatma Gandhi, that will be held in Szombathely - Hungary, 2nd-4th October 2009.
It will be one of the most significant and historic international events to be held this year for World Peace, the Environment, Health and Youth. The World Peace Summit meets under the aims of the United Nations Millennium Development Goals, the principles of the Earth Charter, and the universal peace message of two of India's most influential spiritual luminaries, His Holiness Swami Madhavananda and Mahatma Gandhi.
Hosts of the World Peace Summits in the previous years: Austria - Vienna (2002), Australia - Sydney (2003), Czech Republic - Brno (2004), Republic of Croatia, - Zágreb (2005), Slovenia - Ljubljana (2006), Republic of Slovakia - Bratislava (2007) and New-Zeeland - Wellington (2008).
